Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
  • Products must be returned in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, clearance sale, or promotional reasons.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items
  • Used or damaged products caused by customer misuse
  • Customized or personalized items

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly provide a replacement or refund where applicable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
